Accuracy

The length of the barbell is 2.2m with a 28mm diameter handle and a weight of 20kg. The weight and size of each rod are accurately calculated and cut. The weight tolerance is +/-1%.

High Quality Materials

A special quenching process is used to make these barbells with #45 steel material and a tensile strength of 140k. After a specific heat process, the material properties, elasticity, and fatigue strength are improved. Even after long term use, the barbells will not bend.

Knurled Design

The knurling on these barbells are in accordance with the IWF standard knurling mark with two sections of knurling areas and a spacing of 5mm. The knurling is not only beautiful but also enhances the grip of the hand.

Straightening Process

Steel could deform under a combination of thermal stress and structural stress. We will straighten deformed barbells.

Detect

Our barbells have no flaws such as cracks, slag inclusions, bubbles, and other safety critical defects. Under the action of 3800N static load, the round jump value of the barbell bar after removing the external force is not more than 0.6mm. The barbells 4 needle rollers, 2 copper sleeves, and barbell rod sleeves can rotate flexibly.

Test

The surface of the barbells are electroplated and the corrosion resistance levels are greater than grade 6 for 24 hours of continuous spray. Load: 700lbs/317kg
